This class is all about you. You will use the Cadillac / Trapeze, Reformer, or Pilates Chair. Each class is 55 minutes. Your instructor will provide unique exercises based upon your fitness goals, movement patterns, and will provide modifications to all exercises. This is your opportunity to elevate your whole life!

These classes are for the adventurous spirit who wants to try Pilates mat work in a unique and fun area. It could be the beach, a pier, a park, or any other place creative space. All mats will be provided. SPACE IS LIMITED BASED ON LOCATION and CASH PAYMENT ON SITE IS ACCEPTED.
